The content of this website is for your own personal viewing/use only and must not be duplicated, published or used to assist any third party. Nor must the images be used, save to a hard drive, used in email etc...

MAKING A PURCHASE 
When placing an order with us, you are agreeing a contract with us. All prices are shown in £'s (Sterling)

PAYMENT METHODS
All major debit/credit cards accepted by one of our secure payment partners NOCHEX or PAYPAL (sign up for PAYPAL account is NOT required). All card details are processed securely by NOCHEX/PAYPAL and we will never see/store your card details.

PRIVACY POLICY & USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order. The type of information we will hold about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address

We use this information to dispatch your order and for notifications about your order, such as processing and dispatch info etc..
On occasion your order may be dispatched direct to you from one of our UK based designer/s and they will be given your Name and Postal address ONLY and all suppliers have been vetted to ensure they have compliant Privacy Policies in place. All correspondence for these types of orders will be dealt with direct through ourselves and your telephone number and email will NEVER be passed to any third party. If you do NOT wish your details to be passed on to process your order please email us: enquiries@darcieweddings.co.uk.

As we use NOCHEX & PAYPAL, our independent, secure payment partners to process payments will we never see your payment card details.

DELIVERY
We despatch to the UK and Rep. of Ireland. Our products are normally dispatched in 14 Working Days. We can on occasion reduce delivery timescale if your order is urgent, but please contact us before placing an order as this is NOT guaranteed. It is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to ensure that all orders are placed in plenty of time before the date required. If sufficient time has not been left by the purchaser to receive the products in time, Darcie Weddings are not responsible and refunds may not be issued and your order may dispatched after the date required. We do however also reserve the right to cancel any order where we feel the buyer has left insufficient time to reach the item/s in time for the date required. 

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with the dispatch date for your order and you will also be emailed on the day of dispatch to confirm your item/s have been posted. Orders sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class should be delivered within 2 - 5 working days of dispatch and Airmail within 3 - 5 working days. However, once despatched we cannot be responsible for parcels and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit and also please check with your nearest Royal Mail depot, as calling cards are NOT always left with attempted deliveries and your parcel may have been taken there for collection. If after checking this your order has not been located please contact us immediately, we will conduct an investigation and where applicable send replacements or issue a refund. If it is close to the date your order is required, please do not delay in contacting us, as failure to do so may mean that replacements cannot be made in time for your event.

RETURNS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we do not normally accept returns for personalised and handmade to order items (these items are clearly marked as such on the individual product pages) exceptions to this are damage during transit, errors in personalisation by us (please refer to PERSONALISATION & COLOUR CHOICES below) and goods that have not been personalised or handmade to order. If you wish to return an item you MUST advise us within 48 hours and any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to us within 7 working days of taking delivery of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way to us. Refunds issued, will be for the full purchase price and original delivery costs. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS
We do NOT accept cancellations on our handmade to order and personalised products. Any purchases for non-personalised/made to order items maybe cancelled by email within 7 working days of purchase. Any goods already dispatched/delivered must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition within a further 7 working days.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All products are described as accurately as possible with clear and concise information on the relevant product page. However, please note that some of our products are bespoke and handmade to order and as testament to this, slight variations in colour, positioning of text, embellishments etc.. may vary but this does offer the added re-assurance of receiving an original and unique piece. (Personalisation details shown on the product pictures are intended ONLY as an example, and products purchased will be personalised with the details as requested by the purchaser)

PERSONALISATION
You, the purchaser, are responsible for ensuring that personalisation details are correctly entered into our product option boxes. Any mistakes made by the buyer can be rectified but will incur a charge. Any mistakes made by us will be rectified free of charge but must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

COLOUR CHOICES
If buying more than one item in separate orders please note that we use a number of suppliers for card, ribbon and fabric and there can sometimes be slight colour variations.

Our site may contain links to third party websites and we are not responsible for the content or availability of these sites nor do we endorse any for their content, services or products.

PLEASE NOTE
Some of our products contain small parts and are intendend for decorative purposes not as toys and as such are NOT suitable for children under 3, adult supervision is required at all times.  We, Darcie Weddings cannot be held responsible for any incidents arising from the misuse of any products purchased from us, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure goods purchased are used in the correct and proper manner in which they are intended.
