How are your books and albums made?
Every book or album is handmade to order using sturdy board covers which are covered in handmade paper.
They are ring bound with 20 card pages (40 sides) in each.


What Details can I personalise My Item with?
Each product has option boxes located next to it for you to input your personalisation, colours etc... Please ensure when completing these boxes that your wording is correct.  Any mistakes that are made by the buyer can be rectified but may incur a charge.

Can I have my item made to suit my colour scheme?
Yes the majority of our items can be made to suit your colour scheme. There are option boxes available on each product page for you to enter your details. Any items where a colour choice is not offered will be clearly marked on product item page. However if you are buying all your items in separate orders we may use a different batch of card on each order and sometimes very slight colour variations can occur. We do recommend purchasing all items required in one order if you are able to do so.

What sizes are your books available in?

Books and albums are available in 2 sizes: A5 approx: 15cm x 21cm and A4: approx: 21cm x 28cm. The pages inside are the same size however approx: 4mm of the pages are taken up by the binding rings.

What payment methods do you offer? 
We Accept all Major Debit/Credit Cards. Our payments are processed via one of our secure checkout partners: PAYPAL, NOCHEX or Google Checkout. We will NEVER see your card details.

How long is delivery?
As our items are handmade to order, all items will be dispatched in 14 working days. The reason dispatch dates are set at this, is because we experience consistently high demand and we operate a diary allocation system,which is based strictly on a first come first served basis. We ship to the UK either by 1st class post or Special Delivery (this service will not reduce dispatch time) and to Ireland, Canada & USA by Airmail Small packets service. All purchases will be acknowledged by a personal email with the dispatch date of your order, please may we ask that you do NOT chase dispatch of your order unless this date has passed (this is unlikely to happen). Any messages received chasing dispatch of an order before the dispatch date will NOT be responded to, we have had to adopt this action as these messages are very time consuming and detract our time from processing orders.


My order is urgent can delivery time be reduced?
Our Products are incredibly popular but we can on occasion take urgent orders BUT please do contact us BEFORE making a purchase to confirm we can meet your timescale. We do not offer or charge for a Fast Track service as we feel this would be an unfair system to accept payments to allow queue jumping.  We will do all we can to accommodate urgent orders and there will be no charge for this, but we do not guarantee to accept urgent requests and they will only be possible without disruption to orders already placed. As we experience a consistent high level of bookings we feel this constitutes a fair system for all.


How is my order dispatched?
All orders to UK & Northern Ireland are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class post or Special Next Day Delivery (please note this is next day from dispatch date NOT order date)
Orders to Rep. of Ireland , Canada & USA by Royal Mail Small Packets service.

PLEASE NOTE: Our items are embellished with small parts/items, such as Pearls, Fimo Figurines & Diamantes and are NOT suitable for Children under 3.
