What payment methods do you offer? 
We Accept all Major Debit/Credit Cards. Our payments are processed by our secure checkout partners: NOCHEX & PAYPAL. We will NEVER see your card details and you do NOT have to register for an account.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched in 14 WORKING DAYS (unless stated otherwise on the individual product page). The reason dispatch times are set at this, is because the majority of our products are handmade to order and we also experience consistently high demand and operate a diary allocation system, which is based strictly on a first come first served basis. 

My order is urgent can the dispatch time be reduced?
If your order is needed in a hurry, please contact us BEFORE making a purchase and we will advise if your date is available. Please DO NOT place an urgent order before contacting us first, we experience consistently high demand and reduced dispatch time is not always possible.

What are the delivery costs?
We dispatch to the UK & Northern Ireland and P&P is ONLY £2.95 per order to the UK and Only £3.95 per order to Rep. of Ireland.

What Details can I personalise My Item with?
Almost anything you choose. Each product has option boxes located next to it which will inform you of the details that can be used to personalise your item. You can input your personalisation, colours etc... into these product option boxes. Our products are specifically designed for weddings, engagement, hen night and Civil Partnerships in mind, but should you require one of our designs personalising for another occasion then please do not hesitate to contact us advising the name of the product you are interested in and we will advise the options available.

How are your books/albums made?
We are very proud that ALL of our guest books and photo albums are handmade to order by us, NOT bought in or mass produced, they are all made using professional book-binding board, which is covered in either one of our stunning handmade papers, velvet papers or designer fabrics. We professionally ring-bind along the whole width of the book which gives safe and secure pages. Each one of our books contains 20 quality white card pages (40 sides) not paper pages, which are left blank to allow more versatility, for example you can use your book for guest's to write comments in or for you to add/glue photos to etc.. etc..

What size are your guest books/albums?
All our guest books are available in our standard A5 size measuring approx: 15cm x 21cm (A5) and are suitable for photographs up to 7" x 5".
Some of our designs are also available in A4 size, approx: 21cm x 28 cm and are suitable for photographs up to 10" x 8".

Can I have my item made to suit my colour scheme?
The majority of our items can be made to suit ANY colour scheme with others having colour choice. There are option boxes available on each product page for you to enter your details. Any items where a colour choice is not offered will be clearly marked on product item page. However, if you are buying all your items in separate orders we may use a different batch of card, fabric, paint and/or Ribbon on each order and sometimes very slight colour variations can occur. We do recommend purchasing all items required in one order if you are able to do so.

Do you have a ribbon colour chart?
Apologies but we do not have a ribbon colour chart. The reason for this, is that different computer screen resolutions can show colours in different shades and what you may view on an online colour chart may not necessarily be a true representation of the ribbon. However, over the years we have aquried a huge range of shades and colours as well as a number of high quality ribbon suppliers and we are confident we'lll find the colour for you.


PLEASE NOTE: Some of our items are embellished with or contain small parts/items, such as Pearls & Diamantes and are NOT suitable for Children under 3.
