Delivery & Returns

 
 DELIVERY
We dispatch to the UK, Rep. of Ireland, Canada & USA. Every single item is handmade to order in-house, and all orders placed on or after the 25th Aug will be dispatched in 14 WORKING DAYS   (unless otherwise stated on product description or above). We can on occasion reduce delivery timescale BUT if your order is urgent please check BEFORE making a purchase to ensure we can meet your deadline.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all orders are placed in plenty of time before the date required. If sufficient time has not been left by the buyer to receive the products in time, Darcie Weddings are not responsible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any orders that are placed and are required before the dispatch time will be cancelled and refunded, minus a £3 admin charge unless prior arrangement has been made with us to reduce dispatch time.

RETURNS
As our products are custom-made to order and personalised we do not normally accept returns, except for damage during transit.
If your order has been damaged it MUST be reported to us immediately, as failure to do so may affect whether we will issue a replacement/refund.
Any item that you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days. As every item is handmade to order, we do NOT accept cancellations. We do pride ourselves on our commitment to a high standard of customer care and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase/s, so if for any reason you feel we have not met your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
