DELIVERY We dispatch to the UK & Rep. of Ireland and as every item is handmade to order in-house, all orders (except wedding invitations) will be dispatched in 21 working days(unless otherwise stated on product description or above). Wedding invitations, are dispatched in 8 weeks from receiving signed proofs by Special Delivery, prices for which will be sent out with order form and info. We can on occasion reduce delivery timescale if your order is urgent but please check before making a purchase to ensure we can meet your deadline.

PERSONALISATION & COLOUR CHOICES Each
product page contains option boxes for you to input your
personalisation, colours etc.. Most products illustrate an example of
personalisation but your book, album, card or invitation can be
personalised to your requirements as long as the wording required fits
into the space provided on the design. Please ensure when completing these boxes that your wording is correct.Any mistakes that are made by the buyer can be rectified but may incur a charge. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment within 48 hours to confirm receipt of your details.
RETURNS
As our products are custom-made to order and personalised we do not normally accept returns, except for damage during transit.
If your order has been damaged it MUST be reported to us immediately, as failure to do so may affect whether we will issue a replacement/refund. We do pride ourselves on our commitment to a high standard of customer care and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase/s, so if for any reason you feel we have not met your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Many of our products contain small parts that may not be suitable for children under 3 years old.
Please also note young children should never be left unattended wearing jewellery and it should NOT be worn in bed.
