(some of our items are made to order by our carefully selected UK designers and orders for more than 1 item may be dispatched in separate parcels) RETURNS:
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we do not normally accept returns for personalised or handmade to order items, exceptions to this are damage during transit, errors in personalisation by us (please refer to PERSONALISATION & COLOUR CHOICES in our terms) and non-personalised/handmade items. If you wish to return an item you MUST advise us within 48 hours and any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to us within 7 working days of taking delivery of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way to us. Upon inspection of the returned goods and were applicable we will issue a Replacment or Refund. Any refunds iissued will be for the full purchase price and original delivery costs. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do NOT accept cancellations on our handmade and personailsed products, for Non-personalised/handmade items, cancellations are accepted within 7 working days and must be informed to us by email.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT You will receive an email from us on the day of dispatch to confirm your item/s have been posted. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and should be delivered within 2 - 5 working days after the dispatch date and orders dispatched by Airmail should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days from dispatch date. However, once dispatched, we cannot be responsible for parcels and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit and also please check with your nearest Royal Mail depot, as calling cards are NOT always left with attempted deliveries and your parcel may have been taken there for collection. If, after checking this, your order has not been located please contact us immediately and we will conduct an investigation and where applicable send replacements or issue a refund. If it is close to the date your order is required, please do not delay in contacting us, as failure to do so, may mean that replacements cannot be made in time for your event.
